She helped us try and sell our townhouse but it was not the right season...her efforts with offers and trying to work the numbers made us feel she was trying to represent our needs. Kyla has excellent communication skills and always kept us up to date on the progress of our home. She was able to relay to us any information we needed in making the decision on selling our home. Even though we were unable to sell due to our current financial situation, we could not sell our townhome due to how much we would have lost on the sale, we truly enjoyed Kyla and will be using her again when we decide to put it on the market again. ~Brandon & Heidi A
